1. What RewardGift is

RewardGift is a free rewards app. You earn points ("PT") by tapping, watching ads, claiming a daily bonus, playing mini games and inviting friends. Points can be redeemed for USDT at 1000 PT = 1 USDT, subject to these terms.

2. No deposits, no investment

RewardGift never asks you to deposit, pay or invest money or crypto. Anyone asking you to pay "to unlock" a withdrawal is not us.
Points are a promotional reward, not money, not a security and not a deposit. They have no cash value until a withdrawal is approved and paid.

3. Rewards are funded by ads

Rewards are paid from advertising revenue. To keep the service sustainable we set limits (for example stamina, ad cooldowns, daily caps on ads and game rewards, and minimum withdrawal amounts) and may change rates, limits or features at any time. Changes apply from when they are published in the app.

4. Your account

One account per person. Multiple accounts, shared accounts or accounts created for someone else are not allowed.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and allowed to receive crypto-assets under your local law.
You are responsible for keeping your login safe.

5. Fraud voids rewards

Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, emulators or VPNs to fake activity, manipulating games or ads, self-referrals, fake or duplicate referral accounts, or any other abuse voids all rewards on the accounts involved. We may suspend or close such accounts, cancel pending withdrawals and remove points without notice.

6. Referrals

You earn 100 PT (0.10 USDT) for each friend who signs up with your referral code (or adds it before their first task) and then completes their first earning action. The reward is credited to your balance automatically at that moment, once per referred friend. Self-referrals, circular referrals and duplicate or fake accounts earn nothing. The number of paid referrals per day may be limited, and the reward amount may change for future referrals. If a referred account is suspended for abuse, the reward for it is removed from your balance (down to a balance of 0; points already withdrawn are not taken back automatically). Referrals may be reviewed and removed if they look fake.

7. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: 1000 PT (1 USDT). Supported networks: TRON (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) and Ethereum (ERC20).
Every payout is reviewed manually before it is sent, which can take several days. We may ask for information, reject requests that break these terms, and refund the points of rejected requests unless fraud is involved.
You are responsible for entering a correct wallet address on the right network. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed; we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address you provided.
You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued. If we close the service we will give reasonable notice in the app so that eligible balances can be withdrawn.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the value of your approved but unpaid withdrawals.
